With 35 years experience in the insolvency field, both as a trustee and as a regulator, as well as a prior 7 years in consumer credit, Richard brings an interesting and perhaps unique perspective to the issues surrounding consumer debt, consumer credit, bankruptcy options and consumer proposals.

He is the author of the book “The Glass Is Half Full- The Positive Side to Debt Relief” and hosts a podcast of the same name.

As a result of the COVID 19 Pandemic and the enormous financial strain and debt many people find themselves in, Richard can talk about solutions and what are the next steps that people should consider.
